FOUNDATIONAL PACKAGE
Start with what matters most.
A focused starting point for organisations looking to strengthen one key area of team culture through practical development and continued support.
Stronger cultures can start with one intentional step.
The Foundational Package is designed for teams wanting to focus on one key area of their culture and create a practical starting point for development.
Beginning with a conversation about your team and its needs, we'll identify the workshop that best supports where you'd like to grow. Your chosen workshop provides an engaging and practical development experience, supported by resources to help carry the learning beyond the session.
A follow-up consultation provides an opportunity to reflect on what was learned, discuss progress and consider how those ideas can continue to be applied within your team.
